    Please note it is essential for you to provide a valid PO No (Purchase Order Number)
    if applicable, to avoid any unnecessary delays in processing the repair.
  • Units should be returned without PSUs and Cables.
  • Beyond Economic Repair (BER) if a warranty unit is found to be BER due to
    incorrect installation or customer abuse the unit will be returned unrepaired
    regardless of warranty status.
  • An RMA for DOA and Stock Rotation must be obtained from Avaya.

    Due to a change in Avaya policy regarding in warranty ECS and Dect product repairs, effective from 1st September 2011 Avaya IP Office Repair Centre (Multimessage Systems Ltd) are unable to accept these repairs.
    They should instead be returned to Geis who may be contacted via email for further help and guidance. gcsc.dit@geis-group.de
